Catch a conflict in cancellation rules

Your request

Review this cancellation spec against our current billing rules.

From your draft

Access ends as soon as the customer cancels.

Context from Product Memory

Billing policy
Customers keep access through the end of their paid period.

Example result

Access ends too early

The draft conflicts with the billing policy. Is ending access immediately an intentional policy change?

If the policy stays the same

Revise the requirement: "After cancellation, customers retain access until their paid period ends."

FAQ

What would Product Memory help me do?

It is being designed to bring relevant requirements, decisions, and constraints into tasks like writing a specification, reviewing a draft, or exploring a roadmap change in Claude Code or Codex. The goal is to spend less time gathering and repeating context.

How is that different from giving my AI agent a folder of documents?

A folder gives the agent the files you choose for a task. Product Memory aims to reduce the work of selecting and refreshing that context each time, then bring the relevant parts into the task you are doing.

Where would it get the context for my product?

The vision is to draw from your team’s documents, work items, and conversations. The specific connections and setup are still being worked out.

How would I know whether a result is grounded in my product?

The intended experience keeps facts from existing sources separate from the agent’s proposal, so you can inspect what supports a result. The examples on this page illustrate that distinction; they are not generated from your sources.

Would it keep up when product decisions change?

That is the aim. Product Memory is intended to carry accepted decisions into future work and keep established behavior separate from proposals. Automatic updates are not demonstrated in this preview.

Can I use it today?

Product Memory is still in development. The diagrams and examples show the proposed experience, not working integrations or live AI results. The early-access form saves your email so we can share updates as the idea takes shape.
